Easy-to-Understand Return Policy

Want to return something? No problem! Here's how:

  • Within 30 days of delivery: You can return most items if they're new, unused, and in the original packaging. (See details below for what's not returnable)
  • You pay for return shipping: On regular returns (not our fault), you'll need to arrange and pay for shipping the item back to us. We'll provide the return address.
  • Return shipping may be offered at our discretion for products deemed defective by the manufacturer only.

How to return an item:

  • Wait for RMA confirmation: We may need to wait for the manufacturer's response before finalizing your RMA.You'll get an email with the RMA number and return address within 24-72 hours.
  • Ship the item back: Once you have the RMA, pack the item securely in the original packaging (if possible) and ship it back to us using the provided address. You're responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring safe packaging.
  • Update your online account (if applicable): Let us know the tracking number for your return shipment. This helps us track your return and expedite your refund.
  • Refunds: We'll inspect the returned item upon receipt. If it meets the criteria (unused, unaltered, original packaging), a refund will be issued via the original form of payment where possible.
