Use of Website and Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Tilbury Enterprises LLC website or purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Tilbury Enterprises LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time without notice.

Products and Sales

  • Product appearance may vary from website images. Products may require minor preparation work, such as trimming or sanding, for proper fitment. We recommend consulting a qualified mechanic or body shop for installation, especially for complex parts.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
  • Off-Road Use: Unless otherwise stated, our products are not intended for use on public roads and highways. They are specifically designed for competition or recreational use in off-road environments.

Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of order.
  • Accepted payment methods include money orders, PayPal, and major credit cards.

Shipping

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, FPO, or military addresses.
  • Customers are responsible for inspecting packages upon delivery. Any damage must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us within 24 hours.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Missing parts must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.

Return Policy

Easy-to-Understand Return Policy

Want to return something? No problem! Here's how:

  • Within 30 days of delivery: You can return most items if they're new, unused, and in the original packaging. (See details below for what's not returnable)
  • You pay for return shipping: On regular returns (not our fault), you'll need to arrange and pay for shipping the item back to us. We'll provide the return address.
  • Return shipping may be offered at our discretion for products deemed defective by the manufacturer only.

  • Used or modified items
  • Fully/partially installed items

How to return an item:

  • Contact Tilbury Enterprises LLC to get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization): This gives you instructions and an address to return the item. You can contact us by:

  • Wait for RMA confirmation: We may need to wait for the manufacturer's response before finalizing your RMA.You'll get an email with the RMA number and return address within 24-72 hours.
  • Ship the item back: Once you have the RMA, pack the item securely in the original packaging (if possible) and ship it back to us using the provided address. You're responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring safe packaging.
  • Update your online account (if applicable): Let us know the tracking number for your return shipment. This helps us track your return and expedite your refund.
  • Refunds: We'll inspect the returned item upon receipt. If it meets the criteria (unused, unaltered, original packaging), a refund will be issued via the original form of payment where possible.

Warranty and Liability

  • Tilbury Enterprises LLC does not provide warranties on products sold, except for any applicable manufacturer warranties included with the product.
  • Disclaimer: By using our products, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated therewith. Tilbury Enterprises LLC is not liable for any damages arising from improper installation or use of our products.
  • We recommend professional installation for all parts and strongly advise using appropriate safety measures, such as hood pins or AeroCatch hood latches, when installing hoods.

Aerodynamic Parts and Hoods

  • Aerodynamic parts are sold "AS-IS" without implied warranties.
  • As the buyer, you are responsible for all fees associated with installation. Professional installation is required for all parts.
  • Since most aeroparts are constructed from fiberglass, they may require extensive body work for proper fitment, including cutting, prepping, sanding, shaving, filling gaps, or modifying reinforcement bars (for off-road use only). Because of these potential challenges, we highly recommend using a professional body shop experienced with fiberglass installations.Refunds will not be issued solely for poor fitment; however, in rare cases of extreme fitment issues beyond typical modifications, we will consider a refund at our discretion. By purchasing aeroparts from Tilbury Enterprises LLC, you acknowledge your understanding of these policies and the potential difficulties associated with installation.
  • Aftermarket parts may not have perfect OEM fitment. Tilbury Enterprises LLC is not responsible for damages or injuries resulting from driver error, incorrect installation, improper judgment, acts of nature, or cracking/breaking of hoods.Lightweight racing hoods are intended for off-road/show use only and lack OEM specifications.
